By using TTS Free ("the Service"), provided by AITYTECH, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

TTS Free provides free text-to-speech conversion and browser-based audio tools including audio trimming, format conversion, noise reduction, and speech-to-text transcription.

2. Free of Charge

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or continued operation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to make excessive requests
• Generate content that is hateful, threatening, or designed to harass others
• Redistribute or resell the Service as your own

4. Third-Party Services

The text-to-speech functionality relies on Microsoft's Edge TTS service. By using our TTS feature, you also agree to Microsoft's terms of service. We are not affiliated with Microsoft and do not control their service.

The speech-to-text feature uses open-source AI models (Whisper) from Hugging Face. These models run locally in your browser.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the text you submit for speech synthesis and for any audio files you process with our tools. We do not review, store, or moderate user content.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated audio from text-to-speech is produced by Microsoft's neural TTS engine. For commercial use of generated audio, please review Microsoft's applicable terms. Audio you process with our client-side tools (trimmer, converter, etc.) remains entirely yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AITYTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
